Programs & Services - Outreach Programs
The ELCA Urban Outreach Center provides basic necessities to the community free of charge.
Clothing Closet: Free clothes are available to the public.
Personal Care Program: Items such as soap, shampoo, dental hygiene, diapers, formula and more are available to anyone in need.
Prescription Assistance: Individuals can get up to $25 towards the purchase of prescription.
Referrals: The Outreach Coordinator helps individuals and families locate other needed services in the Kenosha Community.
Legal Advice Service: Free legal advice service on following issues: Debt, Renters Rights, Family Law and Guardianship. Call the Center for a sign-up form. Service is the first and third Fridays of the month.
