Photo: Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church The ELCA Urban Outreach Center (UOC) is a spiritually based center for families and individuals around Kenosha's urban neighborhoods.

The mission of the ELCA Urban Outreach Center is to share God's love by addressing the needs of children, youth and adults through programs and services that encourage them to become self-sufficient, caring and participating members of the community.

In existence since February of 1997, UOC is an outreach of eight ELCA Lutheran congregations and is endorsed by the Greater Milwaukee Synod. Many other churches in Kenosha County also support the Center.
